A nice twist on the classic anatomy-study kind of sketch. A couple more details to show that it isn't just an interior sketch with veins and glands would be cool. The pencil-strokes you've done compliment the tendons and muscles rather well.

Even if I really love a pic, I try to refrain from commenting unless I can say specifically why I like it, and offer critiques when possible. It's refreshing to see somebody who doesn't take offense at anything less than, " OMG, it, like totally r0x0rs & stuff! lol!"

This one stood out to me because I was recently looking at an anatomy book (with the transparent overlays) and trying to decide if I wanted to draw something based upon it.
